RUSH EXCELLENCE PROGRAM - Session 1 April 4th- April 27th
(2015-2011 AGE GPS)
Designed for Academy and Youth age groups (15's-11's). The program focuses on developing a feel and mastery of the ball. Players will learn how to take on opponents and build confidence on the ball. Improve passing and receiving, striking the ball, finishing exercises, 1v1, small group defending and small sided games.
DATES: Session 1: April 4th to April 27th - Monday and Wednesday 4:30-6pm
Session 2: May 2nd to May 25th - Monday and Wednesday 4:30-6pm
WHO: Open to all players, all levels
COST: None
Pre-registration is not required, open to all players.

RUSH ADVANCED PROGRAM - Session 1 April 4th - May 27th
(2010-2008 AGE GPS)
Players can drop in- Pre-registration is not required. Open to all players. Designed for Junior age groups (10-08's). The program focuses on developing a feel and mastery of the ball. Players will learn how to take on opponents and build confidence on the ball. Improve passing and receiving, striking the ball, finishing exercises, 1v1, small group defending and small sided games.

RUSH ADVANCED PROGRAM - Designed for the Senior age groups (07's-04's). The focus of this program is to expand knowledge of the game, improve vision and field awareness. Improve on advanced striking techniques, passing combinations and becoming more creative on the ball.
DATES: Session 1: April 4th-April 27th (**07s will be 6-7:30pm)
Session 2: May 2nd to May 25th - Monday and Wednesday 7:30-9pm
WHO: Open to all players, all levels
