The R.C ( Rush Center) is our new training facility, specifically for Speed, Agility, Strength, Touch, Skills and Moves. The R.C will also house our club office and will be used during the season for team meetings, CAP program, LEAD program, parent and team manager meetings.
Rush Play Fast Program at the new Rush Center (R.C)
The Play Fast Program is a new innovative training program for Rush Players- We identify players strengths as well as weaknesses and our program is designed to ensure improvement in both areas. We train the players in all elements: Speed and Agility, Endurance, Strength, Footwork, 1st touch, Skills and Moves, Receiving in tight areas.
Block of 4 training sessions ( 1 hour each) - $70 (select 4 dates/time slots)
Single training sessions- $20 ( 1 hour each)
Want to work out and train with your friends- Groups of up to 3 players can train together in a single time slot- list all names when signing up ( pricing - block of 4 sessions -$ 60 per player. Single session - $ 20 per player)
Time Slots: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays- 9am to 1pm
Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday 4pm to 7pm.
Ages 8-10
Main focus will be on mechanics, coordination and body control
Strength drills will be introduced AFTER mastery of mechanics
As mechanics improve we will also work on footwork, balance and coordination
Ball work- skills and moves, dribbling.
Ages 11-13
Foot speed, Athleticism will be primary focus
Refining mechanics
Incorporate plyometrics and strength work. Improving core strength.
1st touch, receiving in tight spaces, skills and moves.
Age 14+
Athleticism, power, and explosiveness
Plyometrics, strength drills, core stength.
Increase of foot speed drills
